A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock before it arrives from Italy. By placing a pre-order, you secure a piece from an upcoming shipment without having to wait for it to become available on our website.
how it works
To reserve an item, simply select your desired quantity, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is placed, your item is reserved from our incoming inventory.
Payment
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
Estimated Lead Times
Pre-order items are expected to ship within 8–12 weeks of purchase, though some pieces may arrive sooner. Lead times vary by item and are dependent on our production and shipping schedules.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are subject to change. If there is a significant update to your expected ship date, we’ll be in touch.
Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
Orders over $500
In-stock items will ship separately within our standard two-business-day processing time, at no additional charge. Pre-order items will ship separately once they arrive. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.
Orders under $500
In-stock items will be held and shipped together with pre-order items once they are available. If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we can arrange a separate shipment for an additional shipping fee.
Please note that free shipping applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more. If splitting your order into separate shipments means either shipment falls below the free-shipping threshold, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Cancellations & Returns
Pre-orders may be canceled before the item ships. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; however, the item may be eligible for return under our standard return policy. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
