Our multi-purpose canister features an Italian pewter base stamped with hallmarks representing our company, our workshop, and the tin content of our alloy. The elegant tiered lid features a neoprene ring within that ensures a tight seal with the ceramic base. This stealth seal serves a dual purpose. It extends the freshness of the contents while keeping your middle-of-the-night candy raid a secret by eliminating any clanging noise between lid and base.

Care Instructions

Pewter Tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance.  Should you want to polish your pewter, almost any metal polish will do.  Read the container before you purchase.  MATCH Pewter does not contain lead and is completely food safe.  To clean your pewter after using it to serve food, hand wash in warm water using a liquid dish soap.  Dry the pewter completely.  Pewter is NOT microwave or oven safe.
