Replacement Program
Replacement Program
Because accidents happen, MATCH has an economical replacement program for your stemware, barware and dinnerware.
If you break a piece of your MATCH crystal & pewter barware, wine glass or beer glass, or pewter trimmed ceramic, we offer a discounted replacement program. Contact mail@match1995.com, and give us the item number of your broken item (this number can be found on every product detail page under the product name). MATCH will confirm the discounted replacement cost with you. After you approve the replacement cost, match will send you the Return Authorization (RA) form needed to ship the broken item back to us.
Please Note: the MATCH warehouse will refuse any package returned without an RA. Follow the return instructions on the form.
Once MATCH receives your returned broken item, we will send a new replacement of the same item at a discounted price.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
MATCH flatware and ceramic dinnerware are dishwasher safe. Use the lowest heat setting, for washing and drying cycles. Allow dinnerware to cool before handling. Mugs, stemware and barware must be washed by hand.
Cleaning your pewter: Pewter requires almost no maintenance. To clean your pewter, hand wash in warm water. Dry the pewter completely, as water drops will cause spots.
