The Berti Rasolino tagliasigari cigar cutter derives its name from its unique razor-shaped blade. The style of this folding knife became popular in Italy in 1908 after a law was passed that prohibited knives with a sharp end over a certain length. Housed in a elegant Ox horn handle polished to a mirror finish.
