Each knife is created start to finish by a sole artisan and bears his or her initials on the blade. This 3 piece set is handsomely presented in a wood box and includes knives for soft (9"), semi-hard (8") and compact cheeses (7"). The blades are high carbon stainless steel, the handles are Lucite or boxwood, with brass rivets.

Hand wash in warm water using a liquid dish soap. Please dry the knives completely. The blade should never be left to air dry. Wipe knife block clean with a damp cloth—mild detergent can be used if necessary. Do not submerge the wooden block in water or place under running water. Complete care instructions.
